Brazen Robbery on Maui in Waiehu Terrace

On Monday, September 30, 2019 at about 8:30 p.m., three unidentified male suspects wearing hoodies, face masks and long pants entered the rear fenced yard of a residence on Maka’ala Drive in Waiehu during a reported birthday party. One of the suspects brandished what appeared to be a black shotgun and demanded money from the approximately 15 to 20 people present. An unknown amount of cash and other items was stolen before the three suspects fled on foot on Maka’ala Drive towards Waiehu Terrace Park.
