CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONAL TOUR GUIDE PROGRAM CERTIFICATIONS
Registration is now open for classes on Customer Service in Hawaii and Professional Tour Guide certification programs to Hawaii’s tourism industry through the University of Hawaii Community Colleges’ Offices of Continuing Education. Please note the change in dates and times below.
The Certificate for Customer Service in Hawaii and Certification for Hawaii Professional Tour Guides training programs are designed for employees in the Hawaii visitor and service-related industries. As a partner of this important program, the Hawaii Tourism Authority encourages visitor industry professionals to take advantage of this opportunity as we collectively strive to strengthen our visitor industry workforce and enhance the guest experience.
Course modules include:
• Introduction to the Hawaii Visitor Industry
• Servicing the Global Customer
• Hookipa Me Ke Aloha – Hospitality with Aloha
• Foundations of Hawaii
• Communicate with Impact: Talking
All programs are $500 for qualified employers in Hawaii’s visitor industry.
