Kalapana Water Conservation Notice – CANCELLED AFFECTED AREA: Kalapana, Puna, Hawai‘i Island This is an important Department of Water Supply (DWS), County of Hawai‘i message for Friday, May 8, 2020. Effective immediately, the water conservation notice for all Kalapana customers is cancelled. Normal water use may resume. DWS thanks its affected customers for reducing water use while conservation measures were implemented to ensure drinking water remained available to all customers. DWS reminds everyone that safe drinking water is a finite resource that should be used efficiently and wisely.
