ALTERNATING ONE-LANE ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE
AFFECTED AREA: HONOKAʻA-WAIPIʻO ROAD; HONOKAʻA, HĀMĀKUA, HAWAI‘I
The Department of Water Supply, County of Hawaiʻi, will be working on Honokaʻa-Waipiʻo Road
near the 5.5-mile mark from 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, to install a new
water service lateral. One alternating lane with traffic control will remain open throughout the
installation. Motorists could experience delays and should plan accordingly.
