Scheduled System Maintenance for Electronic Permitting &  Information Center (EPIC) system beginning Friday, October 28

The Department of Public Works Building Division and the Planning Department have scheduled system maintenance for the Electronic Processing and Information Center (EPIC).  This system maintenance is required due to changes within the EPIC software program and will not affect processes for EPIC users.

The maintenance installation is scheduled to be completed within a 4-hour period that will begin at 4:30pm on Friday, October 28. When all system checks are completed, the EPIC system will be back online.  We do not anticipate problems with the installation but have allowed additional time as a contingency.  EPIC is expected to be online no later than 8:00 am on Monday, October 31.

During the maintenance installation, EPIC will not accept new permits, payments or allow any document uploaded.
