Community: 8-31-23 Police Request Assistance Locating Wanted Individuals
Hawaiʻi Island police are renewing their request and asking for the public’s assistance locating 36-year-old Joseph Narzisi of Kailua-Kona, who is wanted on an outstanding felony Parole Violation warrant.
Narzisi is described as 5-feet-10 inches tall, 180 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. He is known to frequent the Kailua-Kona and Oceanview areas.
Narzisi was involved in two separate traffic collisions where he fled the scenes before officers arrived. He is known to be armed with a firearm and is considered armed and dangerous. The public is urged to use caution and not attempt to contact Narzisi.
Narzisi is accompanied by 29-year-old Aliana Akana of Kailua-Kona, who is wanted on an outstanding bench warrant and three separate theft-type investigations. Akana is also a person of interest in a Hindering Prosecution investigation.

Police would like to remind the public that anyone who hinders the apprehension of a wanted person by providing money, transportation, weapons, disguise, or other means of avoiding discovery, apprehension, prosecution, or conviction may be subject to the offense of hindering prosecution. First-degree Hindering Prosecution is a class C felony, and second-degree Hindering Prosecution is a misdemeanor.
