Advisory: Please anticipate traffic delays in the area of Kawaihae Harbor this afternoon.

The Hawaii Police Department advises motorists to anticipate delays in the area of Kawaihae Harbor during the afternoon of December 5, 2023 from approximately 1 PM to 4 PM. There is a construction project within the harbor itself which is expected to result in delays for traffic on Kawaihae Road in the immediate area. Use alternate routes if possible.
