Kalopa Mauka Rd. at Keahua Rd. Dump Fire in Stream Gulch Report

Upon arrival found approximately 30s male with garden hose attempting to extinguish fire he said was to burn green waste. Male party immediately left scene upon Co8 commencement of extinguishment.
Cause: Intentionally set
Company 8 contained and extinguished fire utilizing VB08A and VT08A. Deep seated fire approximately 1/4 acre in stream gulch, filled with a mixture of green waste, household trash, and construction materials including metal siding, PVC, electrical conduit.
