Advisory: Hawaii Police Dept. is asking for assistance in locating, Kelia Armstrong, F-24. Anyone with information on her location call 911.
Hawaii Police Department are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 24-year-old, Kelia Armstrong who escaped from police custody on Monday (February 15, 2021) at approximately 11:45 a.m.
Armstrong is described as being a Caucasian female, 5-feet-1-inch tall, 110 pounds, with long blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen in the Pahoa area wearing a light blue athletic sports top, black leggings and bare feet.
Police ask anyone who see Armstrong or know her whereabouts to call 911.
