88 mm Hwy 11 Motor Vehicle Accident Report

6 HFD apparatus; 15 HFD personnel

Roadblock

Two truck MVA rollover with 5 occupants in one truck self extricated, other truck with one self extricated and one party pinned.

Noted units responded to a report of a 2 car MVA roll over type. One female patient was found on side of road with serious injuries, extricated from vehicle with the help of bystanders, 1 male victim found pinned in driver seat of vehicle with no signs of life. Other vehicle was found to have 1 patient self extricated with minor injuries.Medics transported 2 patients to Kona ER. HPD remain on scene to conduct investigation. Both lanes of the highway remained closed at this time. Scene left in custody of HPD.
