This is a COVID-19 Community Testing and Vaccination informational update for Saturday, August 14th.
Community Test and Vaccination clinics are scheduled for today, Saturday at Afook-Chinen Civic Auditorium in Hilo and at the Kona International Market both from 9 in the morning to 2 in the afternoon. A Community Test and Vaccination clinic is also scheduled today in Waimea at the Waimea District Park from 12 noon to 4 PM.
Should you elect to be tested, you are required to quarantine until cleared by a negative test result. If your test result is positive, the test provider will contact you and you will be required to isolate until recovered.
If you have not yet received your vaccination and are age 12 or old, please use this time to get vaccinated.
If you have questions regarding testing or vaccination, please contact your primary care physician or the Department of Health.
Know that beside these Community Test and Vaccination clinics, medical clinics and pharmacies continue to offer testing and vaccination.
