HPD performed initial assessment of 5 possible patients and closed both lanes of Highway 11. Company 5 triaged patients and requested additional assistance. 3 HFD Medics transported 4 patients. Hazmat 4 confirmed no product leaking from propane truck. Company 5 assisted DPW and State Highways with removing debris from roadway.
3 car MVC involving empty 3000 gallon propane truck vs full size pick up vs box truck. Both lanes of traffic closed by HPD. Multiple patients transported. HAZMAT company found no active leaking from tanker.
