The Traffic Division will be retiming and coordinating the traffic signals in the North Kona area beginning September 28. As a result, there will be three different plans created for the morning (6-9am), lunch (9am-230pm) and afternoon (230-630pm) traffic patterns.

ICX Transportation Group has been contracted to observe the traffic flow from September 28-30, 2021 and will assist to fine tune the traffic pattern plans. Please drive safely in these areas.
