2 story Mansonry wall commercial building with basement
Upon investigation floor boards were removed and fire extinguished. Basement below burn area investigated with thermal imager to look for further fire spread. No further fire or smoke noted. All units stood down. Company 1 returned to quarters.
Upon arrival found occupants of restaurant and bar on the outside of 3 story business with alarm sounding. Employee directed E-1 personnel to service entrance where floor was smoking and charred.
Cause is under investigation
