Approximately 1500 sq ft structure fully involved on arrival.

Responded to structure fire on Keopuka Makai Rd. Found appx. 1500 sq. ft. structure fully involved. Road to access structure was blocked and accessibility was very difficult due to overgrown brush. Handlines were pulled and water was applied. Shuttle operations as well as bucket drops from C-2 were necessary to gain access to structure and fully extinguish. A nearby resident apparently witnessed an unidentified male light the structure on fire and was seen as units pulled up on scene and was arrested by HPD. Structure was overhauled and fully extinguished. No Firefighters or bystanders were
