Ahoa Rd. – gravel road with ravine on Honoka’a side
HPD units on scene. Male patient found approximately 35 feet down a hill towards the bottom of a ravine. Per HPD, male patient fell in the night getting out of his vehicle.
Company 17 personnel located male, approximately 35 feet down a hill. Two personnel from Company 2 rapelled down to assess patient. Patient was ambulatory and escorted up hill with assistance of HFD personnel. M08 treated and transported patient to Hilo Medical Center without incident.
