Community: 11-09-22 Puna Man Wanted for Questioning in Sex Assault Investigation
Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 23-year-old Keoni Jorge Valdez, of Kailua-Kona, who is wanted for questioning in a sex assault investigation that occurred in Hilo.
Valdez is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
