HONOLULU — U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development secretary Marcia Fudge announced a new $3.1 billion funding opportunity to help communities address homelessness during a two-day visit to Honolulu.

HUD secretary Marcia Fudge was in Honolulu to visit HUD-supported affordable housing projects and meet with local officials to discuss housing and urban issues
