HUD secretary announces $3.1B funding opportunity during Hawaii visit

HONOLULU — U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development secretary Marcia Fudge announced a new $3.1 billion funding opportunity to help communities address homelessness during a two-day visit to Honolulu.
