12-08-23 Police Seeking Runaway Ella Ishoda

Hawai’i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Ella Ishoda, who is reported as a runaway.

Ishoda was last seen on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at 6:00 a.m. in Kailua-Kona wearing a white t-shirt and black pants.

She is described as Marshallese with a tan complexion, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 216 pounds, with long straight black hair and brown eyes.

Police ask anyone with information about Ishoda’s whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency number (808) 935-3311.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call the island-wide Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300 and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.00.
