12-29-23 Police Renew Request for Kona Woman Sought in Custodial Interference Investigation

Hawai‘i Island police are renewing their request for the public’s assistance with locating 39-year-old Tara Lasham, who is wanted on an outstanding warrant and for questioning relative to a custodial interference investigation. Lasham may be in the company of her six-year-old daughter Solenne Grimes.
The mother and daughter were last seen on Wednesday July 27, 2022, in Ocean View.
Tara is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, 130 pounds, with blue eyes and blonde hair. She is known to frequent both north and south Kona areas.
Solenne Grimes is described as 3 feet 5 inches tall, 35 pounds, with blue eyes and blonde hair.
