Registration for Kohala, Hāmākua Novice Girls Basketball Begins Nov. 10

Registration for the Jr. WNBA Novice Girls Basketball Division in North Kohala, South Kohala and Hāmākua opens Nov. 10, the County of Hawai‘i Department of Parks and Recreation has announced.
North Hawai‘i Novice Girls Division Basketball Details
• Season: Practices start Jan. 5. Games are Feb. 3-March 12.
• Age Groups: Novice Girls Elementary (3rd-5th grade) and Novice Girls Intermediate (6th-8th Grade).
• Registration: Nov. 10-Dec. 10
• Cost per player: $30. Registration includes an NBA/WNBA reversible replica jersey.

• Cost to register a team: $60 (Elementary) and $75 (Intermediate).
• Coaches/Team Reps Meeting: Dec. 10, 6 p.m. at Spencer Kalani Schutte (Waimea) District Park Gym.

Registration includes options for coaches to register a team and for players to register as individuals.
