2 Opposite Views People in Harmony
This story proves that two people with opposite views can still come together in perfect harmony.
Lucy Rogers (D) and Zac Mayo (R) are both running for a state House seat in Vermont. After a heated debate in their local library, they did something unexpected.
Rogers and Mayo moved the tables, grabbed their instruments and performed a duet for the crowd.
The song they chose is Eddie Vedder’s “Society”, which is about a deep yearning for a less competitive society.
There weren’t enough tissues to go around.
