In a new exhibition, the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Museum acknowledges that a research project it supported and funded in the early 1920s helped perpetuate scientific racism.

The presentation — called (Re)Generations: Challenging Scientific Racism in Hawaii” — opens Feb. 20.
