Single story residential 2 BR / 1 BA structure built in 1930 with basement.
Single story residential structure with basement fully involved on arrival. Units on scene controlled and extinguished the fire. Cause of the fire is still under investigation by HPD and HFD.
HFD Fire Inspector has determined probable cause of this fire is arson via incendiary. A female squatter was taken into custody as a suspect in this fire by HPD.
