Community: 3-03-23 Police Seek Information on 2018 Missing Person Case
Hawai‘i Island police are renewing their request for the public’s assistance in locating 44-year-old Ralpheal Alfred Kanani Silva, of Hilo. He has not been seen or heard from by his family and friends since November 22, 2018, on Auwae Road in Hilo.
Silva is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, 190 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
