Governor Josh Green lowers flags for Texas shooting victims
The United States flag and Hawaii state flag will be flown at half-staff at the State Capitol, all state offices and the Hawaii National Guard in honor of the victims of Saturday’s shooting in Allen, Texas, according to a news release from the governor’s office.
Gov. Josh Green ordered the flags to be lowered following the direction of President Joe Biden.
