Community: 8-08-23 Police Seeking Runaway Caysen Akamine
Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Caysen Akamine, who was reported as a runaway.
Akamine was last seen on Thursday August 3, 2023, around 7:30 p.m. in the 1700 block of Kino‘ole Street in Hilo wearing a black t-shirt, camouflage colored surf shorts, black hat, grey crocs, and carrying a camouflage back pack.
He is described as Asian with a medium build, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 180 pounds, with short dark brown hair and brown eyes.
Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
