Car-sharing operators invited to apply for city parking facilities
HONOLULU — The City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Transportation Services invites car-sharing organizations to apply for reserved car-share parking stalls under the 2024 Car-Sharing Program in Honolulu, according to a news release.
People who do not own a personal vehicle can rent car-sharing vehicles for short periods of time, paying only for the time they use the vehicle. This is not to be confused with ride-sharing services such as Uber, Lyft or carpooling.
