CDmsg. Starting Oct 8, placards to access Leilani Estates (residents/authorized personnel) will be issued from 152879 Pahoa Village Rd on Mon/Wed from 9am-3pm.
Beginning October 8, placards will be available from Hawaii County Council Member Eileen O’Hara’s office. The office is located at 152879Pahoa Village Road and will be open between 9 am and 3 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) members will be issuing the placards to access Leilani Estates for residents and authorized personnel.
