Eminem’s daughter Hailie Scott Mathers jetted off on holiday to Hawaii recently and her photos will give you serious travel envy. While the rest of us grapple with the cold in good ‘ol Blighty, the 23-year-old whisked herself away to the sunny climes of Hawaii for some rest and relaxation. And, of course, when you encounter a waterfall, it would be wrong not to try and recreate TLC’s iconic hit. Posing on a rock with the waterfall in the backdrop, Hailie wrote on Instagram: ‘Sorry TLC but i’ve been chasing waterfalls, second picture is proof i got in and third is the reality shot once i saw some type of fish in there that looked like baby sharks.’ As the photos swipe through, Hailie gives us the refreshing truth about the realities of trying to capture the perfect Instagram shot and it’s nowhere near as glamorous as the finished look. Thanks for keeping it real, girl.
Like all holidays, the fun has to come to an end and Hailie admitted she had a touch of the holiday blues after returning home. She told her followers: ‘Even though it was back to reality this week, i’ve been trying to live through my hawaii pictures [sic].’ Same. It comes after Hailie, who is Eminem’s eldest child, saw in the New Year down under in Australia in January.

The social media sensation has always been her father’s pride and joy. In a 2002 interview, Eminem said: ‘She has been my main source of drive and motivation, especially when she was first born. I didn’t have a career yet, I didn’t have money, I didn’t have a place to live. ‘I think that kicked me in the a*** harder knowing, “How am I going to raise her?”
