Lane closure schedules may change at any time without further notice.
All projects are weather permitting.

 

— DANIEL K. INOUYE HIGHWAY (ROUTE 200) —

 

1) HILO

Potential lane shifts on the Daniel K. Inouye Highway (Route 200) in both directions at the Mauna Kea Access Road intersection beginning Monday, July 15, to transport heavy machinery.

 

 

— MAMALAHOA HIGHWAY (ROUTE 11/190) —

 

1) KAU
Alternating lane closure on Mamalahoa Highway (Route 11) in both directions in the vicinity of mile marker 27 and 33, at Volcano National Park, on Monday, July 15, through Friday, July 19, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., for landscaping work.

 

2) KAU

Alternating lane closure on Mamalahoa Highway (Route 11) in both directions between mile markers 56 and 57 in the vicinity of Punaluu Black Sand Beach on Monday, July 15, through Friday, July 19, from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., for bridge reconstruction work. Traffic will be detoured through temporary bypass bridges for the duration of remaining construction operations.

 

 

— HAWAII BELT ROAD (ROUTE 11) —

 

1) NORTH KONA

Alternating lane closure on Hawaii Belt Road (Route 11) in both directions between mile markers 114 and 116, Nahenahe Loop and Ihilani Place on Monday, July 15, through Friday, July 19, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., for landscaping work.

 

 

— KAWAIHAE ROAD (ROUTE 19) —

 

1) SOUTH KOHALA (WEEKEND WORK)

Alternating lane closure on Kawaihae Road (Route 19) in both directions in the vicinity of Mile Markers 59.75 to 66, Akulani St to Emmalani St, on Saturday, July 13, Sunday, July 14, Monday, July 15, through Friday, July 19, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., for roadway paving.

 

 

— MAUNA KEA ACCESS ROAD —

 

1) HAMAKUA

Mauna Kea Access Road is closed starting Monday, July 15. for the mobilization of construction equipment to the summit. Access to the road during the closure will be limited.
