Video Shows Woman Rush Into Raging Bushfire To Save Koala
Dramatic video shows an Australian woman rescuing a lost koala from a raging bushfire in New South Wales.
The marsupial was spotted crossing a road among the flames near Long Flat in New South Wales.
The local woman, who told Australia’s Nine News her name was Toni, rushed to the koala’s aid, wrapping the animal in her own shirt and pouring water over it.
The koala has been treated for his burns and is still in “very serious condition,” Nine News Australia reported.
