Missing 36 Year Old Man Being Sought
Hawaii Police are looking for a Hilo man missing since November 28, 2019. Police are looking for Francis Savea, described as 5’06”, 182 lbs, short buzz cut black hair and brown eyes. He has multiple tattoos on his body that include an “L” and “F” on his right chest, full tattoo on his right shoulder, arm and hand. He was last seen in the Lanikaula Street area of Hilo.
