CD MSG: Thur., April 23 at 9:30 AM. HFD reports a brush fire mauka of Akoni Pule HWY in N. Kohala District near 5.5 MM between Kohala by the Sea and Kohala Ranch. Efforts are being made to protect nearby structures. Motorists, please avoid the area. Expect traffic delays in the area. And, roads may close without notice.
