Roadblock was in place
When HPD arrived; Arcing electrical wires ignited surrounding brush, approximately 1/4 to 1/2 acre involved with winds moving fire moving upslope upon arrival of first fire company
Fire continued to move upslope with unpredictable swirling winds creating multiple fire fronts that were inaccessible by ground units, choppers utilized for water drops, dozers utilized to create fire breaks, approximately 400 acres burned with 60% containment at time of this release, no structures involved.
