11 Apparatus; 17 Personnel
First responders found fire confined to porch and adjacent room. Fire contained to this area and
extinguished.
13 HFD personnel and 4 FF Volunteers responded to this fire with 11 apparatus. Co 5, Engine
5, Medic 5, BT 5, X5 and volunteer 5 Delta and 5 Bravo. E-3, X-3, T-1, T-10 and BC-1 Were canceled
enroute. Upon arrival VT 5 Charlie found front gate locked with smoke showing from residence,
forced entery to gain access to property.VT BT 5 Delta deployed one 1 3/4 hose line for offensive
fire attack. Fire was contained by volunteers prior to Co-5s arrival. Fire extinguished shortly
after. An investigation to cause has been opened. No injuries reported.
