20′ x 20′ unpermitted type structure already in decay stages of burning.
Cause: Unknown, nobody at scene
On arrival found a single story small sized, unpermitted type residential structure with the roof and walls already burned down and most of the floor burned away The structure was located far into the property which could not be seen from the roadway which possibly delayed the initial caller from reporting the structure fire. The fire was contained to the already involved structure. The fire was extinguished and overhauled. HPD officers were on scene. No occupants on scene. HELCO was not advise as no power lines went to this structure. HFD units returned to quarters after overhaul and wet down of surrounding brush. The scene was left in care of HPD.
20′ X 20 ‘ structure made from sawn wood with metal roofing but looked to be unpermitted. The property was uncleared land Approx 3-5 acres in size.
