Call came in as a garage fire. Upon arrival at scene, garage fully engulfed and spreading to main house.
Cause is under investigation
Company 14 and BC2 first on scene for a garage fire spreading to main house. Upon arrival, 35% of home involved, two occupants evacuated from home. Fire brought under control with offensive interior attack. Fire contained to 45% of original structure. High winds contributed to rapid fire expansion. Additional companies assisted with salvage and overhaul. Scene turned over to Inspectors. Occupants denied assistance from Red Cross.
