6 HFD apparatus; 13 HFD persoonel
Found a single vehicle ablaze on the streambed below the
Nanue Bridge, in between the 18 and 19 mile markers.
Chopper 1 inserted HFD and HPD teams to search for victims
and initiate investigation into the cause of this incident.
The Hawaii Police Department continues the investigation. If there are any witnesses to this
incident, please call the non-emergency police number, (808) 935-3311.
The Hawaii Fire Department and the Hawaii Police Department reminds motorists to please
