The Hawaiʻi Tourism Authority (HTA) in partnership with the Native Hawaiian Hospitality Association (NaHHA) and the University of Hawaiʻi invites you to participate in a resource project. The purpose of this survey is to include your valuable feedback in a study on the current certification process for tour guides in Hawaiʻi and will be used to consider the possible future formulation and implementation of a formal licensing process in the future.
Your participation in this study is voluntary. This survey has been designed to take between 10-15 minutes and your feedback will be provided anonymously. Mahalo nui in advance for taking the time to share your feedback with us as the information shared will be extremely valuable to this study.
All the information gathered in this study will be kept completely confidential. No reference will be made in written or oral materials that could link you to this study.
