— MAMALAHOA HIGHWAY (ROUTE 11) —

1) PAHALA (WEEKEND WORK)

Single lane closure on Mamalahoa Highway (Route 11) possible in either direction between mile markers 54 and 56, Kaalaiki Road and Hilea Road, on Saturday, July 30, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., for mowing with side arm.

2) NAALEHU

Single lane closure on Mamalahoa Highway (Route 11) possible in either direction between mile markers 60 and 63.5, vicinity of Niu Street, Monday, August 1, through Friday, August 5, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., for mowing with side arm.

3) CAPTAIN COOK (WEEKEND WORK)

Single lane closure on Mamalahoa Highway (Route 11) possible in either direction between mile markers 93 and 95, Ohia Malu Road and Kukui o Pae Place, on Saturday, July 30, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., for mulching of trees and shrubs.

4) CAPTAIN COOK

Single lane closure on Mamalahoa Highway (Route 11) possible in either direction between mile markers 107 and 110, Rabbit Hill Road and Napoopoo Road, on Monday, August 1, through Friday, August 5, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., for tree trimming and vegetation control.

 

— HAWAII BELT ROAD (ROUTE 19) —

1) HILO (WEEKEND WORK)

Single lane closure on Hawaii Belt Road (Route 19) possible in either direction between mile markers 4 and 5, Kulana Kea Drive and Kahoa Place, on Saturday, July 30, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., for tree trimming and mulching.

2) HAKALAU (24/7 RESTRICTION)

3) OOKALA

Single lane closure on Hawaii Belt Road (Route 19) possible in either direction between mile markers 30 and 31, vicinity of Ookala Road and Niupea Homestead Road, Monday, August 1, through Friday, August 5, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., for mowing with side arm and mulching.

 

— KALANIANAOLE AVENUE (ROUTE 19) —

1) KEAUKAHA

Single lane closure on Kalanianaole Avenue (Route 19) possible in either direction between Kamehameha Avenue and Kauhane Avenue, nightly from 7 p.m. Monday, August 1, through 5 a.m. Wednesday, August 3, for the Kalanianaole Avenue Reconstruction. — KEAAU-PAHOA ROAD/ PAHOA-KALAPANA ROAD (ROUTE 130) —

1) KEAAU (WEEKEND WORK)

Single lane closure on Keaau-Pahoa Road (Route 130) possible in either direction between mile marker 0 and 2, Volcano Road to vicinity of Opukahala Street, Saturday, July 30, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., for mechanical mowing and shoulder stabilization.

2) KEAAU

Single lane closure on Keaau-Pahoa Road (Route 130) possible in either direction between mile marker 2 and 4, vicinity of Opukahala Street and Old Government Road, on Monday, August 1, through Friday, August 5, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. for vegetation cutting. 

3) PAHOA (WEEKEND WORK)

Single lane closure on Pahoa-Kalapana Road (Route 130) possible in either direction between mile marker 10 and 12, Niaulani Street and Kaohe Homestead Road, on Saturday, July 30, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. for vegetation cutting.

4) PAHOA

Single lane closure on Pahoa-Kalapana Road (Route 130) possible in either direction near mile marker 15.4, Alaili Road, on Monday, August 1, through Friday, August 5, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for pavement and guardrail improvements.

 

— OLD KEAAU-PAHOA ROAD (ROUTE 139) —

1) KEAAU (WEEKEND/WEEKLY WORK)

Single lane closure on Old Keauu-Pahoa Road (Route 139) possible in either direction between mile marker 0 and 1.2, Volcano Road to Keaau-Pahoa Road, on Saturday, July 30, and Monday, August 1, through Friday, August 5, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., for mechanical mowing and shoulder restoration.

 

— MAMALAHOA HIGHWAY (ROUTE 190) —

1) WAIKOLOA

Single lane closure on Mamalahoa Highway (Route 190) possible in either direction between mile markers 3.9 and 6.9, Saddle Road and Cross Island Road, on Monday, August 1, through Friday, August 5, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for shoulder widening, installation of rumble strips and other safety improvements.

2) WAIKOLOA

Single lane closure on Mamalahoa Highway (Route 190) possible in either direction between mile markers 9.7 and 12.2, vicinity of Waikoloa Road, on Monday, August 1, through Friday, August 5, from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., for resurfacing.

 

— AKONI PULE HIGHWAY (ROUTE 270) —

1) KAWAIHAE (WEEKEND WORK)

Single lane closure on Akoni Pule Highway (Route 270) possible in either direction between mile markers 4 and 8, Leie Naia Drive and vicinity of Kaupalaoa, on Saturday, July 30, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., for vegetation control with side arm unit.

2) KAWAIHAE

Single lane closure on Akoni Pule Highway (Route 270) possible in either direction between mile markers 5 and 8, Kohala Ranch Road and vicinity of Kaupalaoa, Monday, August 1, through Friday, August 5, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., for vegetation trimming and shoulder restoration.
