Alert: 02-04-23 Police Ask Public’s Assistance Locating Endangered Missing Hilo Man Roger Tolar
Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 52-year-old Roger Tolar of Hilo, who was reported missing. He is considered endangered as he is in need of medication for a medical condition.
Tolar was last seen in the area of Nani Place in Hilo, on Friday, February 3, 2023, at 4:00 a.m.
Tolar is described as being part-Hawaiian, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 200 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes and a tan complexion, and was last seen wearing an unknown colored shirt, blue jeans pants and dark colored shoes.
Police ask anyone with information on Tolar’s whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311, attention Officer Robert Kamau.
