Possible Stove Fire
Multiple HFD units and HPD were dispatched to a
structure fire on Silversword Drive. Upon arrival found
a 30’x40′ single story, wood structure 25% involved in
fire.
HFD and HPD responded for a structure fire. Co-10 arrived on scene to find a single
story wooden structure partially involved in fire. The structure was approximatley a
30′ x 40′ single family home. Extingushing operations were initiated by Co-10 with E18 and E-05 supplying additional water and manpower. HPD arrived on scene to help
create a safe scene during fire extinguishment operations. The fire was extinguished
and overhaul completed. The residence seemed to be in normal use but no one was
found in the home. The owner arrived on scene near the end of extinguishment
operations and confirmed that no one was home at the time of the fire. A neighbor
was able to safely remove a pet dog from the property prior to HFD’s arrival
