This is a Severe Weather Update for Sunday, February 19th at 3 in the afternoon.
The National Weather Service Flash Flood Watch for the Island of Hawaii remains in effect through this evening.
Upper Cane Haul Road (Ka`alahiki) between Pahala and Na`alehu in Ka`u District and Waipio Valley Access Road in Hamakua District remain closed to everyone except Cane Haul Road residents and ranchers and Waipio Valley residents and farmers.
There are no major arterial roads closed at time.
