View, HI 96771, Kea’au Structure FireNext: Kona Community Policing/Hawaii Island Police Activities League (HI-PAL) will be partnering with Kai’ Opua Canoe Club and Kai ‘Ehitu Canoe Club for a HI-PAL Outrigger Canoe Regatta on April 8, 2023. Check-in will be at 7 a.m. Opening Ceremony will be at 9 a.m. and the races with start shortly after. Lunch and Award Ceremony following the last race. All kids and clubs are welcome to participate in this HI-PAL event. There will be 14 events for ages 12U – 18U. This is an opportunity for kids to paddle with their club teammates, high school teammates, or their friends that may paddle for a different club or high school. Each participant (guardian) will need to complete the HI-PAL permission/release form.
