Community: 3-06-23 Police Seeking Runaway Kelis Garmon-Mercado
Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Kelis Garmon-Mercado of Hilo, who was reported as a runaway.
She was last seen in the 1700 block of Kino‘ole Street in Hilo, on Thursday, January 5, 2023, at 9:45 p.m., wearing a blue hoodie and black shorts.
Garmon-Mercado is described as local, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 250 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
