Alert: 06-04-23 Police Ask Public’s Assistance Locating Three Missing Juvenile Hunters

Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 12-year-old Kyston Madrid-Silva of Hilo, 12-year-old Jensen Mercado-Silva and 15-year-old Jeno Mercado-Silva of Mountain View who were reported missing. The three juveniles were last seen on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. walking on Ihope Road in the Mountain View area, and were going hunting.

Kyston Madrid-Silva is described as being 5 feet 1 inches tall, 130 pounds, thin build with brown hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and unknown footwear.

Jensen Mercado-Silva is described as being 5 feet tall, 130 pounds, medium build with brown hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a brown t-shirt, camo shorts and unknown footwear.

Jeno Mercado-Silva is described as being 5 feet 5 inches tall, 150 pounds, thin build with brown eyes and brown short hair. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans pants and having a camo backpack.
