Mid-Pacific Institute hosts AI learning workshop for Hawaii teachers
HONOLULU — With Artificial Intelligence quickly becoming omnipresent, educators are thinking about how AI-powered tools may help students.
With this in mind, Mid-Pacific Institute’s Kupu Hou Academy, which helps teachers create more rigorous academic experiences, is hosting an online workshop for educators from across the state to learn how to integrate AI into their teaching practices, according to a news release.
Through a cohort model, teachers attending the workshop will design lessons and student projects that incorporate AI. By the end of the program, educators will have developed AI-driven projects ready for implementation in the upcoming school year.
