Juan Munoz’s torrid half propels Hawaii basketball past Central Arkansas
HONOLULU — Eran Ganot closed Sunday night’s postgame press conference by summoning a statistic from memory.
“Senior night, (Riley) Wallace’s last game, Boise State,” the Hawaii men’s basketball coach said. “Check my facts – 7-for-7, 35 points, Matt Lojeski.”
Ganot, a director of basketball operations at the time of that March 3, 2007, game, was indeed accurate on the former UH guard Lojeski’s perfect outing from 3-point land.
