A new off-leash dog park opened Thursday in the Salt Lake community, according to a news release from the Department of Parks and Recreation.
Hoa Aloha Neighborhood Park is Oahu’s ninth off-leash dog park. The park includes water fountains, benches and two separate fenced-in areas for large and small dogs. The small dog park encompasses 3,000 square feet, while the large one encompasses 7,000 square feet. The entire neighborhood park is four acres and includes a bathroom building and playground.
